Firm Director Edwin W. Schmierer, Esq. will be the featured speaker at the Princeton Bar Association meeting on November 19, 2013. Mr. Schmierer will discuss the consolidation of Princeton Borough and Princeton Township into the new municipality of Princeton. Mr. Schmierer currently serves as the attorney for Princeton. He will review the requirements of the New Jersey Uniform Shared Services and Consolidation Act as well as the role of the Transition Task Force during 2012 and the implementation of the consolidation plan in 2013.
