Director

Shawn M. Neufeld is the Managing Director of Mason, Griffin & Pierson P.C. and the head of the firm’s Business and Banking Practice Group. With over three decades of experience representing closely held businesses in a variety of commercial transactions and banks in various commercial lending transactions, Mr. Neufeld has earned a reputation for being an accomplished attorney, skilled in the art of commercial transactions and negotiation.

Mr. Neufeld’s experience focuses on representing both large and small companies in all aspects of their business cycle. He routinely negotiates contracts with Fortune 500 companies while also providing needed legal advice to many smaller, local, and family owned businesses. His practice includes providing guidance in general business matters, including contract review, business planning, formation, acquisitions, sales and mergers, employment matters, shareholder issues, commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing transactions, commercial lending transactions, dissolution, as well as succession planning.

Mr. Neufeld joined Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. in 1991, became a director and shareholder of the firm in 1999, and has served as the firm’s chief managing executive since 2002. Mr. Neufeld has served on the board of directors of several companies and acts as counsel to the board of several companies including:  The Princeton University Book Store, Lingraphicare America, Inc., and The Meta A. & William S. Griffith Foundation.
