Trishka Waterbury Cecil has been appointed Deputy General Counsel for the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. Ms. Cecil succeeds Kristina P. Hadinger in the position. The New Jersey State League of Municipalities is a voluntary association that represents the interests of New Jersey\’s 565 municipalities. The League provides information and resources through its publications, conferences and website, and actively lobbies State government on issues affecting municipal and county government.
