Sharon A. Dragan has been named Of Counsel to the firm. Ms. Dragan received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where she served as Bureau Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau. Ms. Dragan is the Attorney for the Township of Readington, Attorney for Alexandria Township, and Special Open Space Counsel for West Amwell Township. Ms. Dragan has served on the District XIII Ethics Committee and as Trustee with the Center for Educational Advancement in Flemington, New Jersey. For several years Ms. Dragan was a member of the Whitehouse Rotary Club where she served as the first female President of the organization. Ms. Dragan is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and practices in the areas of local government law, zoning and land use law and real estate law. Ms. Dragan serves as Trustee of the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys, and is a member of the New Jersey State, Pennsylvania State, and Hunterdon County Bar Associations.
