Kristina Hadinger and Trishka Cecil, both past Presidents of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys (NJILGA), are presenters at the New Jersey State League of Municipalities annual conference in Atlantic City.

On November 17, Ms. Cecil is an instructor for a seminar sponsored by New Jersey Planning Officials, New Jersey Mandatory Land Use Education.
