Kristina P. Hadinger, past President of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys (NJILGA), and TrishkaWaterbury Cecil, current NJILGA President, will both be presenting at the NJ League of Municipalities annual convention on November 20. Ms. Hadinger will join a panel of attorneys presenting an update on the Open Public Records Act, and Ms. Cecil will provide the annual Municipal Law Update in which important court decisions involving local governments are reviewed.
