Edwin W. Schmierer, Esq. a Director of the firm will be an instructor on March 8, 2014 for the New Jersey Planning Officials training program for members of planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment. Mr. Schmierer will be one of the faculty that will train experienced members of these land use boards regarding issues related to conflicts of interest, legal standards of review for variance relief, etc. Mr. Schmierer chairs the firm\’s Government Practice Group and represents planning and zoning boards of adjustment on behalf of the firm.
