Edwin W. Schmeirer, Esq., Chair of the firm\’s Local Government Law Practice Group, serves as a panelist at the Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey (AHPNJ) Annual Symposium on June 21, 2016. Mr. Schmierer, who serves as the AHPNJ President, discussed issues related to the extension of affordable housing deed restriction controls on municipal housing units. Mr. Schmierer serves as Special Counsel to a number of the firm\’s municipal clients for their affordable housing programs.
