Edwin Schmierer is a panelist at the New Jersey Planning Conference on January 28 and 29, 2016. Sponsored by the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association, the conference is held at the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick. The panel will present issues regarding affordable housing and the laws and policies that influence the expiring resale controls.
